Home Staging

When you are ready to place your home on the market, first impressions are everything. By carefully creating that immediate, positive first impression, you can increase your home’s attractiveness and value to prospective buyers to ensure a faster sale.Home Staging® sets the scene to create that winning first impression for potential buyers and gives your real estate agent greater confidence when showing your newly staged home. Choose from one or all of three options that fit your needs and your budget.

1. Consultation

Home Details will assess the work needed to improve the look of your home or condo for resale. A detailed report listing the recommended changes and repairs will follow that covers your entire home from front curb to back yard and everything inside your home.

2. Staging

Staging may make you reconsider selling! This is the art of spatial planning. Your paintings, furniture and accessories are “layed out” to best show the personality of your home.

3. Detailing

Home Details will take care of the changes and repairs. From painting walls, sanding floors, to having the carpets cleaned. These are the things that add “lift” to any home. We deliver the work by qualified contractors and trades people at negotiated rates to meet your time and budget.
