Many of us are acquainted with Nancy through her substantial efforts as a member of the Field of Dreams organizing team and may also have visited her website for Profnet, Inc. and are already involved in this brilliant concept she's developing with the Internet.

Profnet, Inc. has a solid foundation from Nancy's many years of experience in the field of professional lead generation for a firm based in California. When a serious car accident left her disabled and unable to continue field work in 1993, she focused her attention and founded her own company, Profnet, Inc. Nancy's aim is to teach business professionals how to make more money for their firms.

Nancy's advice to all business owners: "We all need customers - whether they're men or women. We need to develop the skills that help us relate and succeed with clients of both sexes. We need to learn their business techniques and use them to further our success".

In January '96, after attending a seminar held by a web hosting firm, Nancy brought Profnet to the Internet. She is fascinated by the huge amount of information available on the Web and hopes that her Profnet idea is going to change the commercial use of it. In a comment about that, Nancy says that "Profnet is introducing the first Online Lead Generation Chapters, where businesses can join a chapter and expect to get business from it".

Nancy Roebke was the December '96 winner of "Showcase - Active Women On The Web" - a well deserved award for her substantial efforts in her own business and for all the support she gives to so many of us.
